Bryan Grasby, Prestige Spas & Door of Hope 

Bryan is a passionate man of many talents and responsibilities… not only is he an owner/operator of two businesses, a Pastor and elder at Heatherton Christian Resource Centre, he is also the Chairman and Co-Founder of ‘Door of Hope Australia Inc.’ an international children’s charity. 

He is not afraid of a challenge and is driven to always give his absolute best to every situation.  He has a big heart for the poor and travels often to third world countries, to assist projects that help underprivileged children.  When asked what motivated him, after a short pause he replied ‘my belief that all of us can make a difference, if we really want to… l am just doing my bit.’

Bryan is a humble man with great vision for a future; a future where children are given every opportunity that he has been able to extend to his own children, in this nation, Australia. He is moved by the plight of millions throughout the earth who unless we intervene, will only ever know poverty and despair.

“On business trips and short-term mission trips overseas I seemed to be always faced with suffering children and as a Father, their plight struck me to the core of my soul.

My heart was moved to do more than just observe the tremendous poverty and helplessness in these nations - I knew l had to get personally involved in helping find a solution for these people and to be proactive in meeting their needs.

But as a businessman, I wanted to be sure of where my money was going and have the peace of mind that the children’s lives were being impacted and positively changed.

Thus, Door of Hope was born and for the last eight years we have been diligent in caring for children in Sri Lanka, Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Fiji and Africa.”
