Glen trained at the Church Army College of Evangelism in the late seventies and worked with the Anglican Church for a number of years. He pastored the Christian Family Centre Church in Grafton on the NSW north Coast from 1992 to 1999. During that time he studied counselling with the Sarasota Academy of Christian Counselling (USA) and began an association with Abiding Life Ministries International.

Belinda is a Registered Nurse and now holds a Cert4 in Counselling through AIFC in Canberra.

Both Glen & Belinda have been involved in training facilitators for Careforce Recovery groups. They have also been involved on teams for Emmaus North Coast and Glen has participated on teams for Kairos in both Grafton & Junees Correctional Centres.

The Scotts moved to Wagga in 2001 and are currently involved in ministry on a local level with the New Life Christian Community Church doing counselling and Pastoral Care work. They also travel to conduct Abiding Life Seminars wherever they are invited.
