Lach Ryan, a committed Christian, made his comedy debut was a Raw Comedy heat in Geelong, 2003 and has been at it ever since. Lach has appeared at all major venues throughout Victoria, and is regular on the comedy circuit. His twisted concept based humour has been described by critics as ".charismatic and genuinely funny."

"Comedy was always something that I wanted to have a go at.' said Lach 'I first wanted to be an AFL player, then a rock star, and they didn't work out, so I tried comedy!"

"The great thing about comedy is that you get to lighten up the audiences' life, even if it's just for a moment.' explains Lach "I think that is what is behind the addictive nature of laughter, for me anyway."

In 2004 he made his Melbourne International Comedy Festival debut in 'Sexing Up God' along side two Anglican Reverends! In 2005 he performed in the highly successful "The No Underpants Show". Lach currently runs his own monthly comedy room 'TGIF', in Kensington.

His comedy has been highlighted in media such as the Today Show, Triple J, ABC Radio, The Australian, Mx, C31 and Beat.

Lach runs workshops for corporate and secondary school clients focusing on communication skills using Stand Up Comedy techniques.

His range of 100% clean material has been tested refined and approved through regular appearances in the stand up comedy world.

Lach is committed Christian. Over the years through involvement in Church and Youth Groups, he has worked with young people and university students. He is passionate about what it means to be a contemporary Christian and believes Jesus wasn't lying when he said " I have come so that you may have life and have it to the full!" An engaging speaker with a fresh approach and perspective!
