For nearly 20 years, Wayne has worked in developing teams and leaders. During the past 8 years his experience has been directed towards working with the corporate community. 

His company, Bridgeworks, partners with companies to build strong business relationships for results – through values-based leadership and teamwork. This is achieved by helping leaders understand the health of the relationship ‘bridges’ they build and nurture. 

Wayne consults with all levels of business – executives through to operators on the factory floor, helping them develop strong leadership and teamwork. He has also presented his programs in the USA and London.
